STRESSCON PILING (M) SDN. BHD. is the Malaysian's pioneer in the manufacturing of small sized prestressed concrete piles, which can be driven. The company is established in 1989 and its pile manufacturing technology is from Hi-Stress Concrete Ltd. of New Zealand. In 1997 Stresscon Industries Sdn. Bhd. was awarded the prestigious ISO 9002: 1994 Quality Assurance Certificate for its high quality product and excellent service. Subsequently it was upgraded to ISO 9001: 2000 in the year 2003.
Stresscon piles are high strength prestressed concrete square section piles specially designed for low to medium rise buildings and light civil engineering structures namely factories, low-rise apartments, terrace houses, shop houses, culverts and retaining walls.
Stresscon piles have been installed successfully in more than 500 projects in various soil conditions such as marine soil, ex-mining land, limestone formation and hard ground.
We have a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers to design pile foundation. Through our experience in completing hundreds of projects in all kinds of soil conditions, we are able to assist our clients in solving foundation problems.
